Partitioning & Replication
With StreamOps powerful management engine you are able to take control of complex tasks like partitioning and replication with a click of your mouse.
Changing Partition Count
As described in topic administration, click the three dots near the top right of the topic detail page to bring up the topic administration menu. In this menu click the repartition menu option to launch the change partition count pane as seen below.
In the box provided enter the desired partition count and click confirm to change the partition count for this topic.
Change Replication Factor
As described in topic administration, click the three dots near the top right of the topic detail page to bring up the topic administration menu. In this menu click the replication factor menu option to launch the change replication factor pane as seen below.
In the box provided enter the desired replication factor and click confirm to change the replication factor for this topic.
