Consumer Administration
With StreamOps you can easily manage all of your consumer groups.
View Consumer Groups
From the deployments summary page click on the upper tab called "Consumer Groups" to bring up the consumer groups summary page.

View Consumers
From the consumer groups summary page click on one of the groups to bring up the consumer group details page. It will look like the below example

From the consumer group details page you can see all of the members/consumers of this consumer group. From here you can adjust a consumer's offset, delete the entire consumer group and, if a member is not actively consuming, remove it from the consumer group.
Adjust Consumer Group Offset
From the consumer group details page click on the adjust offset button near the top right of the page as seen below.

This should bring up the adjust consumer group offsets dialog box as seen below.

From this pane you can select the topic you'd like to adjust by click the radio button and then in the drop down menu choose the offset strategy you'd like to use. When you select either "Offset", "Adjust Offset", or "Timestamp" options an additional box for you to specify your selection in more detail will need to be filled in. Once you have your adjustment set to you preferred selection press the Adjust button located at the bottom right of the page.

Delete Consumer Group
From the consumer group details page you can click the Delete Group button at the top right of the page to delete the consumer group. As seen below.

This will bring up a confirmation dialogue. If you are sure about this removal click Yes to confirm the deletion of the group, Warning: this action cannot be undone.
Remove Consumer/Member
If you have an individual consumer/process that has become inactive and is no longer connected to your stream you can remove it by using the Remove member button at the bottom right of the consumer group details page. Note: if a consumer is still actively consuming from the stream this button will be grey'd out as you are not able to remove active members from a stream.
